The images below portray the idea of depth approaches in three different sections, which are, leading lines, repetition, and foreground/background. In small groups the class explored for treasures that would fall under these three categories. The leading lines section includes images of lines that are wide in the beginning, but as the line extends it becomes more narrow. Objects that are found to be repeated in a row belong to the Repetition section. Lastly, the Foreground/background section reveals images of objects that have been captured up close, but then have a blurred background. These pictures reveal a lot of change in exposure/contrast and they truly show how everyday necessities can have interesting shapes and appearances from different angles.

  1. I love the editing in these photos. I also really like the Audi sign thing, and the way you took it for repetition. good job!

  2. I really like all of your photos, they have a very distinctive style. Some of them are kind of grainy, was that on purpose?
